2.  State your opinion but be prepared to be challenged and questioned!

3.  In other words, one can state one's opinion but you don't have the right to be listened to and you don't have the right to be free from criticism and challenge.

4.  Personal experience is insufficient evidence to make a claim.

I meant to say personal experience alone. 

I've had some pretty horrible experiences with some black people as well in middle and high school.  I've had some good experiences.  Can I use my own experience to make an extreme sweeping claim? I don't think so.  Have I been everywhere around the world?  Have I spoken to or dealt with the majority of blacks around the world?   What are other's experiences who are white and other non-white minorities?

As I said PC is BS but I think the guy is coming from a weak premise b/c the representative sample is to low.  His argument is a weak generalization.

This is not about race or racism, rather the right to criticize openly perceived injustices, real or not. Voicing ones opinion is being stifled when speaking in generalities and stereotypes is concerned.
Women are bad drivers, Italians are dumb, White people can't jump, Blacks are lazy etc, true or not, there is some truth in stereotypes, it's human nature to group people for self preservation, it also forces groups to better themselves as a whole.
But to force one to go against human nature, is to go against Gods Law, Natural Law, the basics of humanity.

It matters not that this guy spoke about black people or white people, he spoke the truth as he sees it, a truth that keeps him safe as an individual, because he will avoid going to black hoods where the crime rate is highest.
If you were to raise a child in a Utopian setting, teaching them that stereotyping is evil, that profiling is to be shamed, you are putting that child at risk because they will never develop as human beings and most likely go out into the world with a blind trust of everyone.

Children learn at an early age the difference between happy and sad faces, but if you teach a child that there is no difference in the inner person, that there sadness will always go away, they are being deprived of an important tool of self preservation, they will never be able to distinguish between sadness or perpetual anger.
PC guilt's away basic human instincts, one of the reasons kids today are easily triggered snowflakes, they were robbed of the basic human survival skills of profiling.

We live in a world where an overall benign comment (let's say "I believe in traditional marriage") get's your business attacked by boycotts and actual physical damage. And if we object to a business's political ethics, we somehow become the bad guys.

There is this witch hunt over dumb things that happen in the past (let say dressing up in a costume) yet certain people get a pass or excuses for their actual negative comments and statements.

Again, what is the deciding factor of who or what us acceptable?

People always complain about KKK, but people never complain about the opposite end of that spectrum. There are tons of black racists.

I am just like anybody else: I can eat a taco or kebab, listen to dance or soul music, etc. I know that I couldn't be straight Neo-Nazi, but understand the opposite, sharper edge of that double-edged sword that does not allow me to proud to be white (a.k.a. who I am as a person) or try to hold me down.

I am trying to expose Marxist PC Bullshit for what it is, Speech control. Their attempt to control the narrative fails, if we expose the truth behind stifling dialogue.

The guy in the video is attacked for speaking his mind, the panel dutifully fell in line with the Marxist narrative when they acted in hive mind and attacked him over his honesty.
