Most are unconstitutional, and the majority will be challenged in court.

I see Oregon will now allow folks to fill their own cars with gas. Hopefully, we can train New Jersey Americans to do the same.

Wait, they can finally fill their own cars?
My brother ran out of gas in Oregon, walked two miles to a gas station with a "Yellow" plastic fuel can, the station wouldn't sell him gas because it wasn't "RED". Apparently, Oregon is a stickler for these Gumby laws about Yellow for Diesel, Red is gas, I think Blue is kerosene, essentially jet fuel or refined diesel, but don't you dare mix them up.
Had it been self-serve, no one would have been any wiser.

This is what happens when govt tries to protect servant jobs, everyone suffers.

I Washington state they allow folks to fill their own cars with gas.  But there is one place that will not.  He has 2 people working full time just for that, along with checking your tires, water, battery then wash your windshield.  He has no problems keeping it open 15hrs. a day 6 days a week and keeping people running 15hrs a day.

He said his Grandfather did it that way and his father did it that way and his kid will do it that way, when it there turn.

There is still a place for this type service, IF the owner wishes to offer it. Unfortunately the OR and NJ laws are/were to keep unions funded.

In Oregon if you had a diesel truck you could pump your own fuel.  I was told 5 years back that I could pump my own as my truck was diesel.

I remember that, truckers were pissed as all get out that they would have to wait for fuel.
