Did out resident Communist and anti-American actor, Sean Penn, lead the authorities to catching this dirt bag?

:biggrin:  I love it when leftist ideas backfire on them.  I'm sure Sean Penn, who never met a dictator criminal he didn't like, is mortified by this possibility.
