Be careful what you wish for when all the cockroaches pack up and move where you are. The outlying Michigan counties are going broke funding judiciaries now swamped with cases of Detroit thugs getting caught out here where the money is. Counties which only dreamed of having full-time prosecutors and full-time public defenders are now forced into it by sheer workloads, whilst smaller-county jails are now swamped with prisoners awaiting trial.

They did, they are the reason Ca is the shit hole it is today, when LBJ bulldozed the projects, he shipped them out here, and the rest is history.
