No, but Oklahoma has been experiencing an unprecedented number of earthquakes recently.  It is not known as an earthquake zone!

Some say it is the shifting aquifers due to drilling and water injection in the oil fields.

I said before the quakes ever hit, to expect geologic effect, not that it is in anyway detrimental, more an annoyance than anything.
But anytime the crust is under pressure for millenia, and then something begins to relieve that stress, the land, just like water looks for the path of least resistance until it settles in.
Ca is a perfect example, the crust is under constant stress until a deep quake releases the upper surface pressure.

If anything, fracking is actually a good thing, in that it releases thousands of years of pent up stress and releases it slowly, as opposed to nature doing it all at once.
Oklahoma will be glad they relieved the pressure early on through fracking when the big one hits.
Just my opinion.
