Title: Bertha, and no, not one of the Butt sisters

If you hadn't heard, Seatle has been dealing with their own "Big Dig" so to speak, but today is the day the drill rig breaks through, after two years setting broke down.
If you see what looks like fog, I think it's cement dust from the drill, it clears off and on.

Just one more project forced on the people of Washington.  The people voted it down.

Only 1.7 miles long, and if this wasn't enough waste, they want to cap I-5 with a bubble enclosure.
