Well, those conniving Red bastards did have a hand in propaganda during the 2016 race to the bottom. The Washington Post declares Drudge, Infowars, Zerohedge, Wikileaks, Prison Planet and others were among those venues.

Quote"The flood of "fake news" this election season got support from a sophisticated Russian propaganda campaign that created and spread misleading articles online with the goal of punishing Democrat Hillary Clinton, helping Republican Donald Trump and undermining faith in American democracy, say independent researchers who tracked the operation.

Russia's increasingly sophisticated propaganda machinery — including thousands of botnets, teams of paid human "trolls," and networks of Web sites and social-media accounts — echoed and amplified right-wing sites across the Internet as they portrayed Clinton as a criminal hiding potentially fatal health problems and preparing to hand control of the nation to a shadowy cabal of global financiers. The effort also sought to heighten the appearance of international tensions and promote fear of looming hostilities with nuclear-armed Russia.

Yeah - thanks for the list.

There's nothing like a bunch of co-workers, boss and boss' boss who frequent these sites.  They get all twisted up because you show them 3 articles of the exact same so-called tactical nuke, written from 3 different countries/war zones, and can't believe the CRAP they bought-hook-line-and-sinker was Russian BS.  They believe everything from beforeitsnews, Info-wars/Alex Jones, every 9-11 conspiracy theory, and freak out over every end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it-tale.

After I placed a call to a missionary friend who was on a camping retreat in one of these so-called "war zones" with nukes right and left, and asked him if tactical nukes were being deployed - he burst out LAUGHING!  He and a church group were suppose to be glowing or vaporized, if that article was correct.  'That's Putin!  Why do people believe that stuff?  It doesn't even make the local news, papers - it's just Putin creating propaganda for idiots.'   Then they got all scared because I made a call overseas to check out their story.

Why get pissed at the guy who exposed the falsehood?   But, did it stop them from frequenting those websites... nope!

If it's sensational, it's gotta be true!!!!    :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung: :ttoung:
