U.S. Postal Service has issued a recall of a stamp created to honor Hillary Clinton for government service. The stamps were not sticking to envelopes & that mail was not being delivered.

After months of costly investigation it was found the stamps were properly manufactured & there was nothing wrong with the adhesive used on the Hillary Clinton stamps.

The investigation team reported the problem was caused by people spitting on the wrong side.
