She just delivered Shrill's second grandchild. While the doctors had her under they could have transplanted a new face. Obamacare wouldn't pay for it.

No...but while the quacks had Chelsea under, Shrill and Bubba COULD AFFORD to have had a new face put on her. Whatever she uses for cosmetics is obviously wrong for her. I've seen pregnant and postnatal women with similar acne issues, but Chelsea's face is way past that. She's either got terrible personal hygiene issues or else terrible allergies.

Or extremely poor diet, but you're right, more then likely food allergies.
Either way, the poor girl has seen the future (mom), she was never even close to the looks of a hillary in her 20s, so it's all downhill from here.
