Journalists' brains show a lower-than-average level of executive functioning, according to a new study, which means they have a below-average ability to regulate their emotions, suppress biases, solve complex problems, switch between tasks, and show creative and flexible thinking.
http://www.businessinsider.com/journalists-brains-function-at-a-lower-level-than-average-2017-5 Explains the DC MSM herd mentality. Rush shows it often, playing a montage of media quotes, and they're saying the same thing, sometimes exact same wording. Truth to the saying, "You heard one, you heard them all."
Which raises the question, what come first, the chicken or the egg? Is the MSM reading democrat talking points or vice versa?
When I was a journalist, I kept my brain locked in a jar. Then I quit, let it out to breathe, and forever after have wondered if I had helped or harmed it by that protection.Supposed journalistic superstars like Bob Woodward say it's time to start being objective again in news coverage. Whenever big-timers like him utter stuff like that, I keep thinking of people like Mencken and Twain and Beirce, who all knew better.Marvelous sentiments, fooling nobody. Objectivity? Not today, when your entire basic education was streamlined exclusively from the left, when journalists have nothing conservative to point to without making it sound like a bad example...as they were taught. Then they get into newsrooms where East Coast anuses dictate crap about places they've never been to except 15,000 feet overhead. Bah. Phonies, liars and scumbags all.
