When I was in school guys couldn't take home-ec, but we all wanted to.
My mom refused to teach me to cook, she said if you can cook better than a woman, they won't feel needed. A relationship has needs as does each individual.
She said son, we all want to feel needed, and men bring a special quality to a relationship, something women need their entire life, a real man, someone who will protect them, they want their father/figure.

She said to find a woman that had a special relationship with her father, and you've found a woman that appreciates a real man. Be A Man and Never take a woman's skills away from her.

Absolutely correct!  Colleges are hell-bent driving a wedge between fathers & daughters with their "patriarchal BS" - and then the girls ask, "where are all the real men?" after driving away some of the nicest guys in the world with their liberal crap.
