Writing a free book on our rights, would like to keep it factual...

I have been writing a free online book on the rights of the People and where they derive them and how we are losing them to the excesses of our government servants.  It also attempts to address what we can and should do about it.

While I have tried to keep my "facts" as factual as possible I would like to be able to post a link to it here and ask for comments.  Some of the chapters of this book are still basically in outline mode and many of them need to be filled out with more information which I am gathering and compiling as fast I can - but fabricated "facts" are something I wish to avoid.

Would it be considered bad forum etiquette to post a link to this "free" and "somewhat anonymous" book? :)

p.s. I do not believe your capcha question asking if Obama was marxist is correct, I do not believe he was marxist, i believe he was using marxism as a ploy to hide his true identity, I absolutely believe Mbama was a Muslim radical hell bent on the utter destruction of this country.

mental note to self: must learn to type :/

I can tell you this, you would get far more participation if you were to post excerpts here that you have questions on and let the members give you facts and links to back the truth.
As to the Marxist, he is what is known as a Fabian socialist, a neo-Marxist. These Neo's believe in bloodless coups as opposed to the slaughter of millions as did earlier communist dictators.

Yes, I can provide proof he's a Marxist as is the majority of the Dim party.
Thing about leftists, is they're in constant change so as to keep people off balance as to their end goals.

Very cool, I'm excited to check it out once you're done!

The link is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has a very low social standing because its full of spammers but im a poor starving software engineer right now and cant afford a non free site :)

This is very much a work in progress, some of the sections are a little weak on how they are worded and at least one whole chapter is simply an is a bit weak on content and needs the citations filled in not just referenced

Removed link, see post below.

No place did Solar say you could post your link yet.

I said excerpts, not a link! Post another link and it will be your last post.
We are a factual site, we will gladly help you in your pursuit of the truth, but being lazy is not going to get your book written.
Like I said, post excerpts here, we will critique the work, make suggestions, give you links to sites with accurate historical information, but we will not help you advertise your site, that comes with a price tag.

my apologies,  i was not aware that solar was a moderator or owner of the forum, it was not my intent to sneak past him.
The thing is, i dont have questions about "is this bit right" or "is that bit right" or "does this bit seem well written", I would like feedback on the entire document.

Meanwhile, I will paste chapter 1 shortly.  The entire rest of the document rests on this chapter, if this is not factual then the entire rest of the document is null and void.  IF this is wrong then IMHO we have absolutely no rights what so ever anyway.

solon

The following is chapter 1 of my book.  This is the a foundation upon which the rest of the book lies.  If this is incorrect the rest tumbles.  This chapter still needs more content but the basic principal of the argument is stated here.

1.Sovereignty of the People.

1.1.At the revolution, when King George III, our then sovereign canceled all the royal charters, it is highly unlikely that he understood the implications of his own actions or he might have thought twice.  There were however, in this country at that time, probably more scholars educated in matters of the English Common Law (the Magna Carta), than anywhere else in the world.

1.2.Our statesmen understood instantly that this petty, childish act made every single natural born person equal to the King in every respect.  The king abandoned his sovereignty over us, leaving a void that had no Lawful replacement other than that of the People themselves.

At the revolution, sovereignty devolved on the People; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects with none to govern but themselves;

-- Chisholm v. Georgia U.S. 2 Dall 419, 454
1 L Ed 440, 445 @DALL (1793)

1.3.  However, no man could assume a mantle of authority over any other as each now had equal rights with every other.  Specifically, they all had every right that did formerly belong to the King by his prerogative;  including the right and authority to decree Law (E.G. The Constitution).

People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belonged to the King, by his prerogative.
-- Lansing v. Smith, 4 Wend.9 (1829)

1.4.The charters mentioned above were for king George, nothing more than a source of revenue.  The men who entered into these contracts with His Majesty however demanded that the protections afforded them in England through the Common Law would follow them to the new world.  The King agreed to this and it was written into the charters but he did not honor the contract.  Those protections were summarily denied on a regular basis in practice.

1.5.For example, when the government in America wished to enact a new statute for the benefit of the People, they first had to get royal approval or it could not be enacted.  His Majesty however, more often than not, proved unavailable for comment.

1.6.By this we can see that His Majesty had no interest in being our sovereign.  All he cared about was the enormous revenue we generated for him.  This was part of the reason why we broke free of his Majesty's tyrannical rule.

1.7.And now, this is exactly how our current government sees the People, as a source for enormous revenue.  Or to put it another way, Slaves (and I do not use that term lightly).

1.8.Our representatives can, at times also prove extremely difficult to contact. Try contacting any of them and you will find that unless you are in one of their magic zip codes you can go to hell, they are not interested in hearing from you on any subject.

1.9.Almost everything they do in relation to their work has national significance but they will utterly ignore anyone with the wrong zip code.  They are as unavailable for comment as our former sovereign proved to be.   Satan has only one play book.

1.10.Most of the alleged Laws that they enact are also mainly directed towards increasing or protecting either their own wealth or their own immense power.  Our government is also the monster at the bottom of a bottomless pit, forever feeding on our productivity but never satisfied.

1.11.While the People are absolutely sovereign, do not confuse sovereign with sovereign citizen.  The sovereign citizen knows neither what a sovereign nor what a citizen is.  The People are sovereign by virtue of the fact that they are the People.  A citizen is not sovereign at all, never has been, never will be!

1.12.The sovereign citizen movement does get some things right but the FBI is also entirely correct to label some of these lunatics as domestic terrorists.  I would not condone unlawful behaviour from the People any more than I would condone it from our servants.  Do not ever count yourself part of this group, they do more harm to this country than good.   If anyone accuses you of being a sovereign citizen counter that accusation with a claim of being one of the People.

My purpose here is to get as much help in verifying the veracity of what I have written as is humanly possible.  I do not seek any personal gratification, this book is written in a semi anonymous way because it is the subject matter that is important here not me.  My pages (which I wont link :) explain this in more detail.

Nor was it my intent to self plug in order to get better rankings on google etc - I would much rather that occurred by honest means over time.  If that never happens then my book is not of any interest to anyone and does not deserve the google ranking.  If however enough people show interest in the book it will EARN its ranking over time.

I would like for people here who are interested in helping to message me so that I might give them the link to my pages in private.  I am not emotionally attached to my writing, if someone sees something that is just flat out wrong or needs modification I'm open to anything.

The following is a list of chapters that my book covers.  I am not posting any links here but will PM anyone interested in reading further.

1. Sovereignty of the People.
2. The Constitution.
3. For, not of.
4. The Republic.
5. Democracy.
6. The Law.
7. Jurisdiction.
8. Protection of rights.
9. The Public School System.
10. The Court.
11. The Bar Corporation (or who do you think you are).
12. The secret languages of the attorney.
13. Begin: History; Repeat.
14. The Geneva Bible.
15. The 14th Amendment.
16. Right to Travel
17. The Police State.
18. The Federal Reserve (or where did all the money go?)
19. How did it happen?
20. What can we do about it?
21. Effect of this document.

I had kind of hoped to generate a little bit of interest in this book, posting snippets in this case is not very useful because no snippet covers what I am trying to state, only the whole of the book or an individual chapter expresses what im trying to say.
Chapter one is not the primary focus of the book, it is just the foundation upon which the rest of the book rests, if people here were to request a link for the site from me they could read it as a whole or select a chapter an maybe make suggestions.  Any suggestion on a single paragraph without the context of where it is written will not have any affect on the book as a whole.
I see weaknesses in the way chapter 1 is written but that does not mean the rest of the book is weak or that the overall message is flawed.
What I would like is for people to critique the whole, not mere sentences or paragraphs and as I am not allow to publish  a link here it would require you requesting it from me.

I'd suggest taking a free online course in writing structure.
Not having read your book, I can't critique it for context, but as someone that loves history and raw data, I can tell you this, your introduction does nothing to hold an audience.
Humor, suspense? Style plays a huge part in attracting and holding an audience. What I see here is maybe more data than a personal connection to the author? Make me laugh, anger me, make me want to continue reading and maybe receive a little vindication, where the oppressor is vanquished.

I won't even attempt to tell you how to write, that's a personal thing, but as a reader, I like to be drawn into a story, so maybe you could include some historical anecdotes most people never hear about?
Just a suggestion.
