Hold onto your seat, don't blink
your eyes for a second! This is amazing.
Seventeen year old Joe Bush got a high school assignment to make a video
reproduction. He chose history as a theme and tucked it all into two
minutes.

Take pictures from the Internet, add the track Mind Heist by Zack Hemsey
(from the movie Inception) and then you get something like this. Hold on
tight!

Good find, kroz !

Professionally done.

Splendid work, and definitely something young Mr. Bush can parlay into a real job.

1000 year history of Ancient Rome was represented with one photo of Coliseum, that lasted fraction of the second....

1000 year history of Ancient Rome?  I believe the Roman Empire only lasted about 400 years.

Reminds me of my most silliest debate of last year...  after I told a Roman-History scholar:  " At least London, England wasn't founded by a farm-animal. "

Then I couldn't defend my assertion, when pressed.

What sucks is that Romans kept re-writing their early beginnings so much that any semblance if fact is lost.  Sound familiar?

You didn't count Roman Republic as ancient Rome? By the way , if Byzantine empire counts as eastern part of the Roman empire, Rome lasted over 2000 years...

Don't worry.  Kalash likes pouring water on the American perspective of things sometimes.  A Russian filmmaker  could do an 1,000-year history of Moscow and discover that too many 'experts' have re-written everything to the point of obscurity also.
