No, because it has to be ratified by roughly two thirds of the states.
Besides, Mexico had only been a country 30 years prior to Texas taking statehood, so in truth, Mexico has no legal claim to Texas.

As long as I remember I wrote about hypothetical situation: "O.K. Let's imagine situation when in Washington, as a result of the armed coup power was captured by militant nazis".  In this case you wouldn't have constitution. (That's what happened in Ukraine).

I have no doubt, considering he has the country in a lather over potential war and pounding the drum of Nationalism..
He has to keep their minds off the faltering economy, one based on energy exports, especially now, that the price of oil is killing OPED economies because we are now a bigger energy producer than Russia.

Hell, they had a huge storm cloud over Ukraine and people thought Russia attacked them with a nuke.

It's true, the liberal/socialist/communist mentality is rampant in the U.S., from health care to welfare to big government and on and on and on.
