Many colorized photographs. Very interesting

Fascinating.
I wish I knew this Klimbin. I have an 1880s tintype of my great-grandfather and grandfather that I would love to have colorized.
Interesting, the color makes them look more modern and live. But it's a bit controversial, too, because some people appreciate black & white photography more. Generally, black & white gives more contrast and plasticity, while color gives more details. I myself prefer color photography, because of the details, I want to see it as it really was, and not to have to imagine the colors.

I had a photo shop in town take a photo of a photo and they colorized it for me. It turned out great.

I have a photograph of a tintype that's very good. It's not colorized, but I would bet you get a colorized photo of your tintype without too much expense.
Mine is my gg-grandparents from the Civil War. He's in his Uniform. She is why we all think we are part Indian, at least that's what my great-grandfather told my sister. He said she was part Indian, but I haven't been able to prove it.

I am an amateur genealogist working on AncestryDOTcom.
I would be happy to help you do your family tree.
Some interesting photos from WWI. German and austro-hungarian prisoners of war in Russia.
