1960's Legacy -- Expansion of Judicial Corruption

A conservative blogger recently posted a piece called The Legacies of Feminism. He listed ten long ranges consequences, according to him, of the feminist movement of the 1960's, and made a few comments to support each claim. The ones I remember had to do with the breakdown of family, marriage, and morality.

He overlooked one of the most consequential of all, the  corruption of the judicial system, seen in divorce and  family courts. The results have been nothing less than pure corruption, disguised in a smokescreen of the usual Progressive deception the media and academia are always eager to pick up and run with.

You see, after the campaign of feminism, contrived and executed  according to the classic agenda of reformists, America suddenly  had a new victim, its women. So now, the judges, whose base instinct is to play one side against the other, always mindful of where the  money is, had a powerful new tool that allowed them to write extreme judgements against the husbands, all to the gain of fat legal fees to the lawyers.  At the same, accepted grounds for divorce were  changed, actually leading women to contemplate divorce in ever  increasing numbers.

Looking at absurd court rulings as they come down, this insight provides us with another analytical tool. Certainly, corruption of judges did not start in the 1960's, nor does it stop in divorce court. But, the higher we go, the more sophisticated the trappings, the less direct the graft,  and by far the harder it is to weed out of our system.

I personally believe that the 60's was the start of the slide in this country to what we are witnessing now. LBJ's 'Great Society' gave us full blown radical Marxism, the break down of the black family, insane liberalism, and a divided country. Plan? Probably.

I agree with that, and I think at the time just a very few public people recognized the extent of of it.  This big lanky Texas  rancher with the southern drawl and the Stetson a Marxist? Well, easier to recognize Bobby Kennedy, even Jack, but Bobby was right flagrant.  How cleverly concealed was whatever agenda they were all on.

"Oh, this is just the Democratic Machines of Boston and Chicago flaunting their gains, what is there to worry about?"

"Oh, the rights of the Negro in the South is long over due. What could possibly be the harm in granting access to hotels on the interstate,  Woolworth lunch counters, and of course, the right to vote and attend segregated schools. What could possibly go wrong with that?"

"And, of course, the white Protestant race is a villainous, prejudiced, lot."

Looking back, all these ideas sound good in theory. So does Marxism.

I agree. Growing up in the fifties was totally different than what our country was at the end of the sixties. The Vietnam War tore this country apart. Everybody was pissed off about it. Either those that were totally against or those who were pissed of about LBJ was sacrificing our people by not trying to win. Not to be forgotten that LBJ and the democrats began the turn minds of many citizens they were entitled during ths time.

This Vietnam veteran would cheerfully piss on this scumbag's grave. He took the guts out of American initiative and imposed servile dependency, the very slavery blacks had been freed of --- until Democrats got in charge.

The 60's were very volatile.  Groups were protesting the Viet Nam war, civil rights were at a fever pitch, the Israelis were in the fight of their lives and the KGB, in spite of the McCarthy findings, were infiltrating the country at record numbers.

A lot of groups spawned from that era.  Revolutionary Marxist and Leninist groups were springing up all over the world.

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.
