Title: Restoration of a Hard Drive?
Post by: daidalos on May 13, 2016, 09:04:16 AM
Anyone know of a good, really good company that can retrieve data off of a damaged HD?

I paid someone to do it, only to be told to wait for weeks, and in the end.

That they got "most" of my stuff, but can't recover the past three or four months worth of stuff on it.

Which is the data I really needed in the first damn place.

Does anyone know of a place that will look at it and give me the actual skinny on whether it can be recovered without charging me four hundred bucks, to tell me that they can, or cannot?

I'm poor I can't afford too pay someone to lie to my face like that. So I'm looking for a reputable place, that someone else has used and had good results with. Thanks.
