Title: Looking for the way to contact admin for permission

I've checked the help feature and can't seem to find the 'contact admin' feature of the website. I need to ask permission to post a link that was moderated out. Sorry if I missed the 'contact admin' link if it is sitting right in front of me. Thanks in advance for any help someone may be able to provide.
