If so, what's the procedure? Thanks for any help.
Go into your Profile then into Modify Profile then into Account Setting. In your Account Setting you will find.........."These are your account settings. This page holds all critical information that identifies you on this forum. For security reasons, you will need to enter your (current) password to make changes to this information."This should let you do that. walks
Nope. I can't do that. I don't see an option called "Account Setting." I actually don't see any way to even access my password, much less change it.
Hmm... When I put my mouse on Profile I see a box open up with Account Settings in it. Or I can click on Profile and go down to Modify Profile and open Account Setting in there also. What I see in Account Setting is below.Email This must be a valid email address.Choose password For best security, you should use eight or more characters with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Verify password Secret Question To help retrieve your password, enter a question here with an answer that only you know. Answer Choose carefully, you wouldn't want someone guessing your answer! why is this blank? Current Password: For security reasons, your current password is required to make changes to your account.
When I mouse over the word 'Profile,' I get two options: 'Summary' and 'Forum Profile.' Neither option will take me to a screen that enables me to change my password. FWIW, I use Iron.
Try to do it now...
Now it's there, but the form is all blank except my username. In other words, it looks as though I've never entered a password or a security question. Is that how it should be?
It works now. What did you do?
