Help with posting pictures.

How in the world do you post pictures. I'm lost and need help. Something like posting pictures for dummies...lol

Just above this smiley :cool: You'll see this icon, Right click on the pic you like, select copy image location, then click the image icon, you will see this [img /img  then click between img]http://[/img the the two IMG, as you can see from the pic of the moron below.
