Are we allowed to promote a page/website in our signature?
« on: December 28, 2015, 06:59:58 PM »
Hi,

New member here and just wanted to make sure this was OK.  I'd love to get involved with the forum and community here but wanted to make sure there weren't any restrictions on what we can promote in our signature (of course nothing pro-obama though :) )

Thanks and have a great day!!

Thanks Solar!  Just wanted to make sure I wasn't breaking any rules by having it in my signature but sounds like it's ok then.

And yeah site is not up right now anyways

I block signatures   they take up too much room and make the page look messy.

I'm not really promoting a candidate.  I like Ted Cruz because I would trust him the most to not cave on his conservative values but Marco Rubio would probably be the more electable candidate.

Edit:  Sorry do I need to take it out of my signature?

No, what I said was post first, then we'll decide if your site warrants our support.
What candidate are you supporting for POTUS?

Walks, go ahead and edit his sig if you would.
Thanks.

Wise choice on both.
Welcome to the forum, and when you finally finish your page, then we can talk about promoting it.
