1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c ea wesson oil, water, white cooking wine.
4 eggs
Beat the above 10 minutes on med speed
Spray Bundt pan w/ Bakers Joy or Pam
Bake 1 hour @ 325 degrees.

Cake Sauce
1 c sugar                                                                     1/4 c wine reserved til later.
1 stick butter
1/2 c water
Boil 2 minutes sugar, stick butter and 1/2 c water then add 1/4 c wine at the end of cooking. Pour over hot cake.

I always bake two and freeze one for unexpected guests.

ps another tip... I pour half or more of the sauce into the bundt pan of hot cake. After flipping the cake onto the cake plate, I pour the rest of the wine sauce atop the cake to evenly coat the cake. My kids love for me to add half more of the cake sauce recipe. (They have sweet tooths.)

Another Recipe...

Refreshing Lemonade

1 Cup Real Lemon Juice
1 Cup Splenda or sugar
3/4 cap full of almond extract
1 drop yellow food coloring
8 Cups of water

In pitcher, mix all

Truly refreshing and with splenda, 0 carbs and 0 calories so it's good for you too.

Kay, I tried your wine cake recipe, and my family says to tell you "Thank you very much, ma'am".

Mighty, sounds as though your family liked it. Now that someone has tried a recipe of mine, I will have to give you all some more easy recipes.

You made my day, Mighty.  :D

I'm glad, Kay. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make, so I've written it down. I've got a couple of recipes I can share when I have more time.  :)
