Latest is:

I've started washing my hair with bicarbonate of soda, rinsing with cider vinegar.

No I don't. I got that idea from a friend, who's in to all things natural, having got over cancer.

Good for them.  The no "poo" method is very big on Pinterest. It is interesting how your mindset changes after a major medical issue.  You start wondering what is in all this stuff we use.  I gave up my facial stuff (Beauticontrol)  and only use natural homemade stuff now.  Toy

Let me know what you think of the no poo method.  I may need to try it again.

I'll have to look at Pinterest.
Me; I just like to try new things.

I'd been using sulphate  free shampoo. L'Oreal does one. I don't know of any others, but I'm sure they are out there.

Did you hear about that woman in England, who has not eaten a hot meal for 8 years. She eats only raw veggies and nuts, became a vegetarian, and took up yoga. Says it keeps her looking young.

I'll try and find the link.

Because I color my hair I use sulfate free shampoo too.  I don't know if I could eat that way.  Heck I make cups of hot tea just to hold the mug.     Although I do love my salads.

That is why I like Pinterest,  There is so much out there on going more natural.  I love that kind of stuff.  Whether it's making my own ketchup or my own vitamin C night serum....  Toy

Natural Deodorant

2-3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/8 Cup Baking Soda
1/8 Cup Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch

Mix the baking soda and arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) together and then slowly start to add the coconut oil.

I have been using this for 2 weeks and it works for me.  I love that it is natural.  Full instructions are at the site.  I doubled the recipe and keep it in a container in the bathroom.
