a spike!!   So if these protestors' actions are going to cause a spike, that means some of them are infectious....shouldn't they be going to hospital for death panel I mean TREATMENT?  Shouldn't we be seeing that?  Perhaps doctors should set up make shift hospitals at the edges of these riots so the rioters don't have to go all the way to the actual hospital and face pesky questions such as 'how did you get this gunshot wound?'   

WE already know our doctors are NOW government doctors.
