They can be addicting. They were my Friday lunch for a couple of years. Thank goodness I finally transferred to a job out of the area... :) :)
I made them for my family along with a mexican dip. The family loved your chili boats a lot. I used hot dog chil without beans. I do not know how it could have been any better than what we ate.

Chili Boats
Make, or buy, your basic chili. You will need Frito's, nacho cheese, grated cheese, and sour cream. To make an individual serving
Put Frito's in a bowl. Top with chili, nacho cheese, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Very good. I use to buy this at a little cafe downtown where I worked. Best Friday lunch you could get

Sorry Kay. Couple of things going on lately.
I work for a County Department in the budget area. January starts our 3 months of hell.... >:D Especially these days.
And then somehow I have injured my shoulder/arm/elbow/wrist. So I am spending time in physical therapy, doctor visits and pain. It is getting better but after a day on the computer at work getting on at home is a little tough. But I will hang tough and Solar will pick up the slack here at home. Unfortunately keeping an eye on me when I'm home becomes a full time job for him. :o :o
