I have lettuce, cucs, spinach growing in pots. They are just popping thru now. Now the challenge is keeping them alive.

I can say I have picked my first bowl of leaf lettuce today. Himself was goggling at me lol. Is ok, its working and its fun! Next up I am gonna plant radishes. Indoor window gardening does have its merits :thumbsup:

Don't the plants kinda sense that they're in a non-seasonal environment, so their taste is a little bland?

I have found the taste, as it should be. If you have correct light, humidity and warmth, growing should be no problem. My lettuce is a bit small in size, but that is because I used a smaller pot. Now that I know I can do it, I will kick up the pot size and it shoukd be fine.
