Happiness

This is interesting. Years ago I read about it, but had forgotten till I can across this YouTube. I won't give away the answer but I once told my wife that if you have three genuine friends in life that's a good thing. She kinda disagrees. We have been married forever so that fits the talk's premise. What do you think.

I learned a lot from my Mom.  She passed away in 2015 at the age of 95.

She had many good qualities, but she had one major attribute that stopped her from living a happy life.  She was unable to forgive.  She was a walking/talking country music lyric, "Somebody done her wrong".

She could remember every unkind word or deed from every person she had ever known.

It was like an emotional cancer.  The inability to forgive and let it go weighed her down and did not leave room in her emotional life for the appreciation of the positive aspects of life.

Learn to forgive.  Need help because you struggle with forgiveness?   Talk to God and ask for help.  He will jump in there and help you so fast your head will spin.
