Ham and Potato Scallop

5 medium potatoes,thinly sliced                                 1/3 Cup chopped onion
2 Cups bite-sized or chopped ham                              4 Tblsp. butter, melted
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)                pepper to taste               
1/4 Cup milk

Place ham and potatoes in greased 2 qt. casserole. Combine soup, milk, onion, melted butter, pepper and pour over ham and potatoes. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hr. Remove cover and continue baking for 30 minuetes or until potatoes are done.

Serves 6 to 8
