I get them frequently, slam me awake at all hours, so debilitating I have trouble breathing.
Well, for the longest time the only thing that worked to control them was Quinine water and that took 20 minutes to work, in the meantime, I'm wrenching in extreme pain, pain akin to a broken bone.

Well, that all changed when the wife picked up a bottle Theraworx. I saw the ad, said give it a try. I'm telling you folks, this shit is a God Send!
It usually knocks out the spasm within three minutes, and the upside is, you can apply more if it doesn't totally disappear.
I prefer the foam myself because the nozzle on the spray bottle plugs after sitting, and when I need it, I'm unable to deal with clearing it, I need it NOW!

If any of you ever experience regular cramping, try this stuff, you won't regret it, I promise.

I think this quick fix is a great idea as long as you are undergoing whatever tests your heart doctor needs to do to determine WHY there is not enough oxygen circulating in what ever parts of your body are having involuntary muscular contractions.  You ARE making your Doc aware of this, right, Solar?  RIGHT???

For most people, Quinine causes a heart to act irregular which is why the FDA banned its prescription form, something I took for years to regulate my heart, something my cardiologist prescribed.
It's kind of a long story, But as an athlete, I burned my heart from pushing too hard, something I'd never even heard about.
Anyway, a normal heart has 12 conductive points that control its BPM, I now have 128.

There is no connection between the spasms and the heart, my muscle spasms are caused by falling out of a helicopter in Korea in 1973.
If anyone has leg or any type of recurring cramps, this stuff is amazing.
