Being a creature of habit I have pretty much the same breakfast every morning with a slight variation on veggies.

gluten free sausage patty (Costco bag so this will last awhile)
tomato
mushrooms (or zucchini, spinach-leftover veggies from the night before)
and a egg scrambled in..

I don't know if it is because it is easy, convenient, or just not being awake enough to cook something else...

Solar cooks his own breakfast....

What do you eat/do?  Do you even eat breakfast?

I tend to grab something easy like a bowl of cottage cheese with cinnamon or breakfast bars if I'm feeling lazy.

I used to make eggs daily (we had chickens for a few years) but I developed some sort of allergy and couldn't stomach them anymore. Which is really too bad because they are the easiest warm breakfast.

I realize I will probably hit a wall on the eggs eventually it would suck to add eggs to my already limited dietary problems.

In the winter I will cook a batch of Bob's Red Mill gluten free hot cereal and just reheat it each morning.

I cook breakfast since I get up first and get restless to start the day, usually eggs, bacon, and toast. Wife gets tired of eggs so cream of wheat, pancakes, oatmeal are mixed in for the silence. Lunch is skipped and supper is by whoever feels like cooking, or just her if I am too filthy from whatever I'm working on. Since we retired we eat healthier, eating right takes some doing, lot more doing than eating junk.

How true.  Solar always cooks his own breakfast.  As to dinner- I try and plan but when I don't.....  there is always hamburgers....
