did a bit of canning

Made to much chicken soup so I pressure canned it... now I am looking into dry canning.  Can do that with grains, beans, lentils,,flour. Should be easy enough,,,jars, an oven and some time... I have all 3,lol....

me too, never tried dry canning. Like it because there's no fancy things you need,,,an oven and jars and product.  Even easy in the summer,,, I can use my gas grill!
