Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless~ rinsed
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (original recipe)
1 standard can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 can water

In a casserole dish (preferably 13 X 9) sprinkle Uncle Ben's Rice in bottom.
In mixing bowl, add Uncle Ben's Herbs and Seasoning packet, Soup and Water, mix well.
Spoon half of the mixture over the rice. Dip the chicken breasts into remaining soup
mixture and place breasts atop rice. Pour remaining soup and herb mixture over chicken and
rice.

(I sprinkle some spices such as powdered onion and pepper and paprika over the chicken. Salt is not necessary. (Powdered Garlic can also be sprinkled on the chicken.))

Cover with foil; Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil and cook 10 more minutes. If the soup
mixture is not fully absorbed, give it 5 minutes for it to absorb.

Serves 4 to 6.  Enjoy!

We make something like this but only in a Crock-Pot using Cream of Mushroom soup.

I like your using Long Grain & Wild Rice. We will use it next time in the Crock-Pot.

Yes, Walks. Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice makes for better Chicken and Rice. You may want to try a half soup can of water in the crock. I think that amount of water would work better.
