So today is shaping up to be an absolutely beautiful day outside. This will be the first time in weeks we can get to any outdoor projects. In a moment of weakness I told Solar he could chose the "project" for the day/weekend. I hope I don't regret this one.... :-\ :-\
Anyone else have plans (projects) you can finally get to this weekend?
She thinks I don't realize I'm being played by telling me I can choose what we do first, is actually setting me up for weekend work.
When in reality, I planned on a quiet weekend. :o :D

Well now been doing projects (Honey do's) now for 5 weeks. It is 100º in the sun and 50º in the shade at 0934 ;D Have cut the grass 3 time now. Looking real grean now 8) Flowers coming up and beans poping up also. Calling for 70 +º most of next week, so the good wife will checking out the A/C. I like 80 to 100º and she likes 65º :o so I am a out side person most of the year. :)) All the BBQ tanks are full so I am set for the year there. I have 3 15 gal tanks and 3 20lb tanks. I have had a very hard morning sitting on the deck drinking coffee with the neighbors dog, and our cat The Dude. Going on 3 years now and The Dude is not happy with the dog yet. :)) :)) :)) Did I say the sun is out and it 100º out in the sun. :P

So I knew any approach would be well thought out and planned with the utmost care, in making me think it was my idea. ::)

Also, I have kitchen duty soon! I am making a seafood etouffee for supper.
Right now though, I am chilling out with a glass of White Zinfandel.

Actually, I feel better eating hi protein too. I will soon be back on my low carb. I gained 8 lbs in the past few months and will be getting it off soon.

I have managed to shake off 25 lbs since January. Another 15 or so and I will be happy. I can get in my skinny jeans just can't breath in them. ;D ;D

We will finish draining the pond and start filling it. Then we need to work on some wood
And in the middle of this I need to bake bread for the week (I am trying spelt flour.), roast a chicken, prepare the flank steak for later, and do some more laundry. Just a typical weekend day. :) :) :) :)

Well ya gotta learn sometime. If I were trapped under a log, I'd need someone to drive the tractor, and you know how far it is to the nearest neighbor, and I don't want to be the one telling them how to use the tractor, especially if I'm unconscious.

Some got done...some didn't. And I actually drove the tractor around the upper property...it's flat so it is easier...

The flat land is a great area to practice on and become confident in knowing you can drive that rig! My dad used to make me drive everything... including a road patrol and bulldozer. Of course, I was merely moving the bulldozer from one place to another. :D

Unfortunately, you and I do not have the same taste in wine. I rarely drink white wine. Most of the white wine I have tried is dry.
Do you have any suggestion in a white wine that is a little on the tutti fruiti side?
I will think on this one but for years I did drink Beringer White Zinfandel and another that was a cross between red and white but can't remember the name. Kendal Jackson is a favorite of mine for many years.
I actually use to make my own sangria... that requires the cheapest Mexican red wine you can find.... :)
It's truly a beautiful day down here in south GA. We received great news last night: our son and his lady are expecting a little brother or sister for Jackson on or around Jan. 3rd. We are truly blessed.
