I am interested in the Myers-Briggs inventory as a way of understanding not only myself but the way people react to one another? Has anyone had any experience with this tool? What are your thoughts with respect to it?
I have about as much use for this as I do self help books.
I don't know about this sorry so i can't say.
It was given to me back in my early days in the sheriffs office. It was fascinating as I was still young and so many possibilities were ahead of me. I've had other personality tests done on me. I am an extrovert...go figure.

I took the Meyers-Briggs a million years ago and was designated an ENTJ. The trick to doing this test is to get an expert's interpretation of the result.

I have learned in 65 years of working that anyone can be an expert that lives over 50 miles away. They always cost more money. I know as I always got paid more to go fix problems that other would not or could not fix.
