Raised meat and potato but have learned to like fish so that is definitely an option.

Lord knows I could use a little weight control.  Note to self..never show skinny pictures to spouse. :o :o :o

The important thing is to eliminate as much fat and sugar from your diet, also to exercise, it doesn't have to be an olympic work out, even going for a walk will help.

Solar had bought me an exercise bike.  I began riding every morning for a about 6 weeks.  Ended up with extreme pain in my hip.  Dr and Chiropractor both said I had pulled/hurt my IT band and not to ride the bike anymore.  Can't take morning walks - mountain liions, coyotes and bears.  I am walking a work... :)  Now just need to eat better.  Thanks for the advice. :) :) :)

A 357 would take care of any mountain lion or coyote, fits in a fanny pack real well.

Although I am range certified I don't know that Solar would trust me out with a gun.  I can be a little clumsy ??? ???

Aside from that, you can prepare a big meal that can be divided and saved for up to three days of eating i.e., a pork roast (pork shoulder, usually about 5-7 lbs.). The first meal would be great. The subsequent meals from this roast can be just as tasty if they are vacuum sealed and microwaved on the day they are to be eaten. Once vacuum sealed, they should be frozen until they are to be eaten.

Thanks for the advice.  I am currently researching brands of vacuum sealers.  Plus Solar's Mom may have one she isn't using (free is always better).
