He thinks he does, that's why the site couldn't recognize him when he'd return. Honestly, from everything I've read, there is no real way to gett by the NSA unless you're doing CB or shortwave, and since there's no way to connect a pooter to either of those, dropping the web altogether is the only way to lay low.
