  Something I learned at a very young age!   1) Save for old age  2)Pay cash for everything but for a house.  3) Pay off your home mortgage early.  4) Save more money for old age.   After working 65 years, enjoy yourself.

(1) Only got debt
(2) Got student loans
(3) Renting apartment
(4) Still don't have any savings

Damn I'm hoping to start saving good money once my wife gets work and then emmigrate to the US  :tounge: Don't see the point of saving for old age in europe if the bank can just take the money as stability tax if they deem it necessary.

Government that does not answer to the governed will do that eventually, EVERY time. That is the fight we are waging here.

Didn't save but had a heck of a good time.  I have no debt so SS is my life line.  It is ok but do the 1 4 things and your life will be better.
