This is another example of how Trump trumps the MSM again. This report was terrific news and one the MSM would try to either under report or not report at all. Trump knows this so he baited the MSM into unwittingly reporting the news. How did he do that? Simple, a tweet before the official report was released at 8:30AM EDT. By doing this the MSM went nuts about about his going against protocol. By doing all this reporting they inadvertently gave the good news story a of play it would not normally provide. I love it.
