We recently saw that China is taking advantage of Pakistan by buying a highway from China to the Arabian Sea.

Now we potentially have Russia taking advantage of Greece to gain power and influence there.

Under Obama's nose our enemies continue to expand their power and influence....... especially in the hotbed middle east.

Obozo is too busy playing golf and trashing conservatives to be bothered with anything else; except Iran!

I was reading some in depth analyses on this, and concluded even Russia's help is just a drop in the bucket and will only postpone the inevitable.
The question broached, was Russia postponing the inevitable for even bigger rewards later?

This think tank listed several outcomes, none of which helped Greece, and only helped Russia.

That is an interesting analysis, Solar.

In the back of my mind I keep thinking that Turkey will eventually come into play with the Greek "problem".

You can bet that they are definitely keeping their eye on Russia's involvement there.   The future of the middle east will definitely be interesting to watch.  Significant power plays are nearing.   Turkey is a sleeping giant!
