Title: Put A Tighter Hold On Your Wallet Solar

The only way to finance this is secede and print your own currency. It would work for a couple of weeks. And the lunacy in CA government continues.

Now, if we could just put an end to disasters in the state caused from mismanagement, the Fed funds would dry up.
Between the Oroville dam and fires, that alone amounts to a bailout. Expect to hear of more..ahem,,,,,,"natural" disasters.
