Without direct taxpayer support?  Gee, what do they call the $165/year I pay for my P.O. Box?  How much do they charge for their stamps?  Who else do they think is paying for the USPS if not the taxpayer?  CNNMoney should know better.  There is no excuse for this kind of media ignorance (I almost used the term "journalist" until I realized I was talking about CNN).
