Just more proof that b o healthcare is in trouble.

snip~
Credit ratings firm Moody's Investors Service on Thursday lowered its outlook for health insurers to "negative" from "stable," citing "uncertainty" swirling around the rollout of President Obama's health care law.

In a new report, the agency said that the outlook for insurance companies is no longer clear because the law's insurance exchanges haven't been attracting enough younger individuals. In addition, Moody's analysts were concerned that the Obama administration has been changing regulations after insurers had already set prices for the year.

This is only going to get worse. The crowd in the WH has no understanding of how the economy works and obviously do not comprehend unintended consequences. I am sure there are some smart people there who do understand, but they are either overruled or afraid to speak up.

Net enrollment is lighter and older than originally forecasted. That means rates or Obama subsidies will have to go up next year to compensate. Not to mention how every time Obama pushes implementation back he is just shifting more costs onto providers.

More insurance companies will lose money. More insurance companies will opt out of Obamacare.

The next few years will prove what an albatross Obamacare really is.
