I don't think they all realize, it will be them working every shift because no on cares about their business as much as they do. The little things like free fries, burgers out the back door as payment for drugs.

It's a good thing Joe's not into this for the money.  He doesn't care about saving and putting money in the bank.  He cares about making sure his employees are comfy.

Yep, worst job pays the best, the one no one wants to do. But I think in fast food, anyway the well run franchises, everyone rotates positions to break boredom.
