JPMorgan China Hiring Issue

I guess I have been living under a rock, since this is the first time I've heard about this. JPMorgan is under fire from the government due to who they chosen to hire. I say government needs to stay out of the affairs of businesses.

So every time a father hires his son, or another family member or family friend, to work with him at the business he built the government needs to step in and say no? It is not bribery, it is called connections. Even when looking into the issue it was shown that the people hired are qualified and talented. Again Government over stepping there powers.
