The battle over Europe's railway-systems continues:

Obama's ass-kissers, General Electric, are trying to buy France's largest energy-syndicate; Alstom SA.  For 17-billion US-dollars.   Thankfully, their Economic Minister, Arnaud Montebourg is successfully blocking it so far.  French foreign-investment now needs French Government approval for any transactions involving national-security, as of Monday.

He's trying to entice Germany tech/energy giant, Seimens to offer a competitive bid to halt GE's mindless takeover.  I hate having to join Hollande's side on this one.  But I hate obama-and-immelt even more.  Keep these lying hypocritical grub-merchants from meddling in France's strategic interests.

Since 2007, I won't be caught dead owning GE stock, though I'm not a fan of Seimens either.  It makes the upcoming EU Parliamentary-elections worth following, from an ivestment standpoint.

I trust both these companies as far as I can throw them...

Seimens=Siemens?

Their past not taken into account I have serious issues with present day Siemens.

Siemens are very pragmatic and cost-effecient, though like all corporations they are socialists for colluding with government for state contracts and protection/subsidies, many scandals in Norway between politicians and Siemens.

The few people I know that works at Siemens have stated that almost everyone is liberal-leftist, not surprisingly Siemens is also one of the biggest doners and pushers of the extreme green agenda, also not surprisingly they are also the lead manufacturer/designer of expensive green technology aimed at reducing energy consumption and CO2 output. Pretty good syndicate operation, push through legislation that requires government to purchase your own goods.

Now Siemens has to face the EU shifting squarely to the Right, after their landslide-victory in the Parliamentary elections.  The socialists only received 13% of the vote.

All the stock-exchanges that were open today, were up as a result.

Siemens wants Alstom to give it more bid-info than Alstom gave GE.  That's dumb.  Alstom knows it, and is reacting by casually puffing a hookah or something, till Siemens presents a dollar-figure...

Watching the communist José Manuel Barroso be replaced by Juncker a Christian moderate conservative would be a Godsend. There was a time conservative parties embraced the idea of EU, maybe it will be so again. It's just too bad democratically elected representatives is antithetical to long term stability, only thing that is stable is ever increasing regulation.

Marine Le Pen and the National Front are mobilizing an anti-EU bloc, which I'm not sure if Harald Nesvik's Party is associated with.  The Breivivk email-scandal was a fluke incident, imo.

Breivik Email Scandal? What was that?

Edit: I was wrong and you were correct, National Front and the Progress Party are affiliated with each other, though Norway do not have representatives in the EU parliament.
