poaching???  It's more like California is driving them out one at a time.  "all three of the major Japanese carmakers will have exited the state"

(Reuters) - Toyota Motor Corp. (7203.T) said it will move its U.S. sales headquarters from southern California to suburban Dallas, delivering the latest blow to California in a fight for jobs with arch-rival Texas, whose Governor Rick Perry has been actively poaching businesses from the Golden State.

The relocation from Torrance, a Los Angeles-area city of about 150,000, will bring much of the Japanese automaker's U.S. operations under one roof in Plano, Texas, including sales, service, marketing, advertising and quality. Also moving to Texas will be some manufacturing staff now based in Erlanger, Kentucky, and corporate operations staff based in New York City.

Liberals never learn. As long as people can vote with their feet they will seek out the best deal for their family or company. This is why libs actually actually desire total control over people so they could keep them from moving.

Keep us informed as to how Gov. Moonbeam and his minions spin this.

That's the end goal of all libs/communists, central planning. Govt chooses your vocation, or rather station in life, all the while claiming a classless society.

Theres an exodus in the state of Ca, leaving only a handful of business owners, it's really sad to see.

Personally, I want the State to collapse. Because that's when conservatives step in, just like a parent cleaning up the mess their kids made.

It'll probably collapse because of a naturally occurring event, like a major earthquake, and there's none of OUR taxes available to help them.

I'd like the entire state, and most of coastal Oregon and Washington State, to just slip under the sea.

Believe it or not, Ca is still a Conservative state, it's just the way the Dims have Gerrymandered the lines, gives them a huge advantage over 80% of the state.

The quake would take only the coastline areas, eliminating Peloshit, Moonbeam, the Milkers, etc.
