He has been like this as long as I've known him. Quill and Miss Jasmine know him better.

I post on the CF mainly because I thought I would try to sneak back in after PV had banned me in Dec of 06. I did, and eventually Byrdie recognized me and Wayne and Admin said it was okay, so I've stayed. .
