Failure 101: A basic good concept, a sweeter beer in a world of less than sweet. Now the kicker. If one reads the article the brewery is about a "message and movement" and even mentions White privilege. Do you know how that is going to play in an overwhelmingly conservative county?
It's all about "Feelings" with this racist CEO, not producing a product for a diverse market, no, just racists like themselves.
Is this what passes for a business model in the racist world?

As a successful retired CEO of several self owned companies, I know of what I speak.

No surprise here. Opening an openly progressive brewery in an already saturated market in a conservative county was destined to fail. Only lasted three months. Either very smart to get out quickly or also under capitalized, probably the latter.
