I wonder how much of it is held by US Democrats.
I blame NO ONE who takes advantage of the ridiculous loopholes written into the tax code. I would be quicker to blame you for NOT taking advantage of the OBVIOUS GAPING HOLES in the tax code. Using the loopholes is smart. Not seeing them means you're stupid.

LOL I am with you. But I don't think all that is from loopholes.
Once someone has earned their money and paid the appropriate taxes it is their business where they invest what is left. There is no obligation to keep the money in the USA where it is subject to additional taxation. If we would change our laws to benefit folks to bring their money into the USA we would see more economic activity which leads to increased tax revenues. However, this line of thought exceeds the ability of democrats to comprehend.
If it is not against the law I don't care. I understand that the biggest number of new milllionaires come from China. They learn really quick over there and we have handed it to them on the proveribal silver platter.
