A few weeks ago, Hollywood's completely out-of-control Justin Beiber visited the Ann Frank Museum, where he wrote in the guestbook that had she lived, the iconic young Jewish girl "would have been a Beleiber"....

That and a slew of hit-and-runs, and a couple of cop-stops for marijuana on the tour bus. And the brawls. And the summer's hardly half-over.
